Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Application to remove the company from the Register of Companies will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act will be sent to the Registrar after 20 working days from the date of this notice.
Objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.
