Notice is hereby given that the undersigned applicant proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies after
24 September 2009, pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of LOMBARD GROUP LIMITED, whose registered office is situated
at Level 5, 99-105 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, from
the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State
of Western Australia, Australia.
