Notice of Intention to Remove Trust From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(4) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the
New Zealand Register SPECIAL NEEDS ADVOCACY
& SUPPORT TRUST (in liquidation), which has its registered office at 208–210 Avenue Road East, Hastings 4122, by request, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that all known assets have been disclaimed or realised, or distributed without realisation and that all proceeds of realisation have been determined, and that the trust is ready to be removed from the New Zealand Register.
Unless written objection to the trust’s removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar of Charitable Trusts by 25 September 2009 (being
20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the trust from the Register.
