Notice is hereby given to remove SEFAR FILTER SPECIALISTS PTY LTD from the Register, under section 318(1)(d) of the Companies Act, as the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand and there is no further reason for this company to continue existence or that no liquidator is acting.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 20 September 2009.
