Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove
THE PAKIRA LAND CO LIMITED (in liquidation) from the New Zealand Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties and issued his final report in terms of section 257 of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
