Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

I hereby advise that I have requested the Registrar of Companies to remove the above-named company from the Register.
The request is made, in accordance with section 318(1)(e)
of the Act, on the grounds that I have delivered to
the Registrar the final liquidation reports and made the appropriate declarations as required under section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
Any objection to this request must be made to the Registrar, under section 321 of the Act, by 31 July 2009.
