Notice of Removal of Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that Margaret Greta Tuakana, director, proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 318(1)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal from the New Zealand Register of TIARE HEALTH ENTERPRISES LIMITED, whose registered office is situated at 1081 Hinemoa Street, Rotorua, on
the grounds that the company has ceased trading, and the company has disclaimed or realised all known assets and all proceeds of realisation have been distributed.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, is sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies by the 24 July 2009 (being
a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar is obliged to remove the company from the Register.
