Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Notice is given of the intention to remove QUINOVIC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - KENT TERRACE LIMITED (in liquidation) from the Register of Companies, in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds of the delivery of the final liquidation documents to the Registrar in accordance with section 257(1)(a).
Any objection to the intended removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 22 June 2009.

Note: This company has not been trading since September 2003. This is a voluntary liquidation commenced by shareholders due to the cessation of the company’s activities. It does not involve and does not affect the business of any office of Quinovic Property Management.
