Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
REALCOVER INSURANCES LIMITED (“the company”) hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), that:
(a) it intends to apply, under section 351 of the Act, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register on or after 3 April 2009, in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in, or in any part of, another country; and
(b) it is intended to incorporate the company under the law in force in New South Wales, Australia.
