Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Glenn Walker, the liquidator of the above-named company, hereby gives notice, pursuant to sections 320(2) and 320(4) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), that he intends
to require the Registrar of Companies ("the Registrar") to remove the company from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds
that he has completed his duties in relation to the liquidation and has sent the prescribed documents to the Registrar for registration.
Any objection, under section 321 of the Act, to the removal of the company from the Register must be delivered to the Registrar not later than 15 January 2010.
