Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FOSTER WHEELER (GB) LIMITED, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom but carrying on business in New Zealand, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and will, not earlier than three months from the date of this notice, give notice to the Registrar of Companies stating the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
