Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that TL WELL TECHNOLOGY PTY LIMITED intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and an application for the removal of the company from the Overseas Companies Register shall be made three months after the date of this notice.
