Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
STONEBRIDGE SECURITIES LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of Australia and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341(1)(a) of that
Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in
New Zealand on 8 December 2009 or soon after that date.
Following restructuring of StoneBridge Group, the domestic operations previously carried on in New Zealand by STONEBRIDGE SECURITIES LIMITED will be carried on by STONEBRIDGE SECURITIES (NZ) LIMITED (formerly TRICOM SECURITIES (NZ) LIMITED).
