Notice is given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand and intends to apply on
or after 30 November 2009, under section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, for the branch to be removed from
the New Zealand Register.
