Public Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, not sooner than three months after
the date of this notice, FINSIA EDUCATION (an overseas company operating in New Zealand) intends to give notice to the Registrar of Companies of the date on which it will cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
