Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), of the intention to remove CELGENE PTY LIMITED from the New Zealand Overseas Register, under section 341 of the Act, on the grounds that Celgene has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand through CELGENE PTY LIMITED.
Celgene will continue to carry on business in New Zealand through Celgene Limited (company number 2199089), an entity incorporated in New Zealand on 5 January 2009.
