Notice is hereby given that TRAFFIK MARKETING PTY LTD (“the company”), a company incorporated overseas and registered as an Overseas Company under Part XVIII
of the Companies Act 1993, having its principal place of business in Auckland, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies (not earlier than three months after the date of this notice), stating the company’s intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand on the grounds that, at the date of such request, the company will have ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
