Public Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
The company gives notice that after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
The removal of PITNEY BOWES MAPINFO BUSINESS APPLICATIONS LIMITED is a purely administrative process regarding the closure of a redundant/inactive branch registration of a United Kingdom company.
This shall in no way affect the ongoing operations of Pitney Bowes’ mailing, document solutions and other businesses within New Zealand.
