Notice by Overseas Company of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that DYNAMIC SUPPLIES
(NZ) PTY LTD intends to cease to carry on business in
New Zealand and to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the Overseas Register, pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
