Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that HUSQVARNA CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (New Zealand Branch) intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and on or after 30 June 2009, will give notice, under section 341(1)(b) of the Act, to remove HUSQVARNA CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS PTY LTD (New Zealand Branch) from the Overseas Companies Register.
