Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 341(1)(a) of the Companies 1993, no sooner than three months after the date of this notice, POSITEC AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED intends to give notice to the Registrar of Companies of the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
