Notice is hereby given that OPTIMEL PTY. LTD. intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and, pursuant
to section 341(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, will be removed from the Overseas Register not less than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
Effective from incorporation date of 23 May 2008, the business previously carried out in New Zealand by OPTIMEL PTY. LTD., is instead being carried out
by OPTIMEL NZ LIMITED (Company No.: 2133755).
