AUSSIE FOREX & FINANCE PTY LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341(1)(a) of that Act, of its intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand on 3 March 2009 or soon after that date.
