a company incorporated in Auckland and registered as an overseas company under Part XVII of the Companies Act 1993, having never carried on business in New Zealand, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand not earlier than three months after the date of this notice and will give notice to the Registrar of Companies of the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
