Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, that ISAGENIX (ASIA PACIFIC), AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, a company incorporated
in Australia, intends to cease carrying on business in
New Zealand.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321(1) of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar
within three months of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
