Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Orders Annulling Adjudications
The order of adjudication dated 8 February 2008 against McMahon, Ngametua, 14 Bay Drive, Titahi Bay, Wellington, was annulled at the High Court at Wellington on 18 May 2009, pursuant to section 119(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1967.
The order of adjudication dated 11 December 2006 against Torrance, Clinton Selwyn, 43 Kairanga Crescent, Wainuiomata, Lower Hutt, was annulled at the High Court at Wellington on 28 September 2009, pursuant to section 119(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1967.
