Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Take notice that Foote, Raymond Harold, builder, and Foote, Susan Marie, administrator, both insolvents, have filed a joint proposal pursuant to section 326 of the Insolvency Act 2006 in the office of the High Court at Napier.
A meeting of creditors of the insolvents will be held on Thursday, 24 September 2009 at 10.00am at the Angus Motor Inn, Railway Road, Hastings.
