Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Refusal of Discharge
Pursuant to section 110(1)(d) of the Insolvency Act 1967, McKelvy, Miles John was refused an order of discharge from his bankruptcy in the High Court at Hamilton on
3 February 2009, and the earliest date on which he may
apply for a discharge from bankruptcy is 3 February 2012.
