This document notifies you that:
1. On 6 November 2009, an application for putting
NEW ZEALAND PREMIER RIVER LODGE
& SPA LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the
High Court at Nelson. The application is to be heard
by the High Court at Nelson on 9 December at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
