This document notifies you that:
1. On 2 November 2009, an application for putting CAPITAL + MERCHANT FINANCE LIMITED
(in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by
the High Court at Auckland on Tuesday, 15 December 2009 at 10.00am.
