This document notifies you that:
1. On 5 November 2009, an application for putting SERENITY KAREKARE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Tuesday, 15 December 2009 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
