This document notifies you that:
1. On 30 October 2009, an application for putting CENTRAL OTAGO WATER COMPANY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 14 December 2009 at 10.30am.
