This document notifies you that:
1. On 16 October 2009, an application for putting TRENDZ NZ LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 14 December 2009 at 10.45am.
