This document notifies you that:
1. On 11 November 2009, an application for putting NINETY MILE BEACH SNAPPER CLASSIC LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court
at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 15 December 2009 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Yetimo Marketing (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Kirkland Enright, Lawyers, Level 13, 175 Queen Street, Auckland. Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be left at the address for service or may be:
