This document notifies you that:

B W & J H HOLDINGS LIMITED (trading as GILL PRE-OWNED APPLIANCES and TARANAKI APPLIANCE SERVICE) into liquidation was filed
in the High Court at New Plymouth. The application
is to be heard by the High Court at New Plymouth on
1 December 2009 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
