This document notifies you that:
1. On 30 October 2009, an application for putting DALGETY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Tuesday, 15 December 2009 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Anderson Creagh Lai, whose address for service is Anderson Creagh Lai, Ground Floor,
14 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland (Attention: Michael Shanahan). Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or
may be:

4. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
