Take notice that on Tuesday, 9 September 2008, an application for putting CABLETALK GROUP LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 18 February 2009 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Ross Barry Keenan and Peter Gregory Wilson, whose solicitor is Howard Luke Thompson, of the firm McMahon Butterworth Thompson, whose address for service is at the offices of McMahon Butterworth Thompson Lawyers, Level 1, Shed 24, Prince’s Wharf, 147 Quay Street, Auckland.
