Board into Liquidation
Take notice that on 10 December 2008, an application for putting the ASSEMBLY OF GOD NORTH SHORE CITY SAMOAN (also known as Assembly of God North Shore City Samoan Trust Board) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckand.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 24 February 2009 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant trust board, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Rennie Cox, a partnership of solicitors, whose address for service is at Level 15, 126 Vincent Street, Auckland.
