Take notice that on 31 October 2008, an application
for putting RAG INVESTMENTS LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wanganui on 18 February 2009 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Body Corporate No. 370404, whose address for service is at the office of Carter & Partners, Barristers & Solicitors, 9th Floor, West Plaza Tower,
1–3 Albert Street, Auckland.
