This document notifies you that:
1. On 15 July 2009, an application for putting RELIANCE FOOD EQUIPMENT LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 30 October 2009 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
3. The plaintiffs are Boon Chai Sear and Yu Xian Zhong (trading as The Onerahi Hot Bread Shop), whose address for service is at the offices of Webb Ross, Lawyers, Legal House, 9 Hunt Street, Whangarei. Documents may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Webb Ross, Lawyers, Private Bag 9012, Whangarei 0148; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX AP 24506, Whangarei; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to Webb Ross, Lawyers, on facsimile (09) 470 2469.
