This document notifies you that:
1. On 28 September 2009, an application for putting NEWMARKET WAIRAU PARK TENPIN BOWLING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 13 November 2009 at 10.00am.
