Take notice that on 5 December 2008, an application for putting CAR WASH LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, 16 February 2009 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Parking Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Natalie Tabb, Barrister and Solicitor, 35 Isobel Road, Greenhithe, Auckland.
