This document notifies you that:
1. On Monday, 7 September 2009, an application for putting GLENAVY DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on Monday, 12 October 2009 at 10.00am.
