This document notifies you that:
1. On 27 August 2009, an application for putting PORTSIDE KILBY LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 9 October 2009 at 10.45am.
2. A person other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Body Corporate 343280 (Gisborne Registry), whose address for service is at the offices of Morgan Coakle, Solicitors, Level 12, Gosling Chapman Tower, 51–53 Shortland Street, Auckland.
4. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
