Take notice that on 28 November 2008, an application for putting CALROCK (NZ) LIMITED into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 5 February 2009 at 12.15pm.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Sylvia Park Business Centre Limited, whose address for service is at Simpson Grierson, Solicitors, Level 24, HSBC Tower, 195 Lambton Quay, Wellington.
