This document notifies you that:
1. On 18 August 2009, an application for putting LYNNJOYCE HOLDINGS LIMITED (trading as HUGHES CARRIERS 2006) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 5 October 2009 at 10.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Mainstream Forwarders Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of
Martelli McKegg Wells & Cormack, Level 20, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010. Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
