1. On 24 April 2009, an application for putting METRO PACIFIC GROUP LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. On 31 August 2009, Innovative Painters (2007) Limited was added as an additional plaintiff to the application by the High Court. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, 19 October 2009 at 10.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
