This document notifies you that:
1. On 28 August 2009, an application for putting CRANES INTERNATIONAL NZ LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, 28 September 2009 at 10.45am.
