This document notifies you that:
1. On 7 August 2009, an application for putting
53 GREENLANE ROAD LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on
18 September 2009 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is the Auckland City Council, whose address for service is at the offices of Auckland City Council, Legal Services Group, Civic Building, 1 Greys Avenue, Auckland. Documents for service on the Auckland City Council may be left at that address
for service or may be:
