This document notifies you that:
1. On 4 August 2009, an application for putting BALMORAL STAGE 3 LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 21 September 2009 at 10.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
